Anytime. Being so far south, Tobago is traditionally spared from hurricanes so there's hardly ever that scare.

There's so much to do: riding a glass bottom boat, snorkeling, horse back riding.you name it. :)
If you like to party, I recommend going for Great Fete Weekend which is on the last weekend of July.
