February, March, April if you don't want it to be too hot. December if you like to party. It starts getting really hot around late May for the summer and you gotta watch out for the hurricane season. Mostly anytime is a good time, depends on what you're looking for.
Spring and Summer. Each City have their own Carnival type celebration almost all year around. Beaches to visit
Condado Beach----- San Juan
Luquillo Beach- Luquillo on the north East
Seven Seas-Las Croabas- Fajardo
Palmas del Mar- Humacao on the south East
