I have kids and I am concerned of rough waters/motion sickness

Stay away from the winter time and hurricane season. This is when the most storms will form and cause the waters to be rough (I've been on cruises in the winter that has 20 foot waves) Peak season is most likely to be the calmest water.

Have you ever been on a cruise? I know several people that have motion sickness and were not affected by it. But, there are patches and also wrist bands that you can buy (the ship usually will have them as well) that helps you to deal with it.

Hope this helps.

Have a great trip!

Not the winter time!! When the cold water of the Atlantic hits the warm water of the caribbean, usually one gets turbulent waters, however, load up on sea-sickness pills which contain antihistimines, book a cabin in the center of the ship ( which is the most stabilized part of the ship ), and, if worse comes to worse, visit the ships Dr. The turbulent seas only last a short time - usually a day, so I think u will be fine. Good luck, and have fun!
