For me.never. I've been there a couple of times, and it's an armpit. The people will hassle you non-stop. I mean it. They will actually walk along side of you, pull at you, etc. If you take a photo and they think they were in it, they'll demand money from you. (or at least try to)

Perhaps you should consider the Cayman Islands. I've been there a couple of times, and it was much cleaner and the people were much nicer. Plus, there are tons of nice, clean shopping areas.unlike Jamaica where everything seems run down.
